Shipping Policy
If an order is placed before 4pm EST, Monday – Friday, your order will be shipped the same day. Parts ordered must be available for the order to ship. All the orders placed leaves our warehouse same day (Not including weekends & holidays). Once an order is shipped, the average ground transit time is 1 to 3 days.
Shipment Method
All orders are shipped via UPS/ FedEx ground standard but we also offer next day air and 2nd day air. Also please note there might be an additional charge for oversized package/products. We ship to all 50 states. For additional details please contact 832-863-3336.
Return Policy
The products that are defective or damaged may be returned to our warehouse with a valid reason within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All other returns can be returned within 12 months from your original purchase date, however a 10% restocking fee applies and your responsible for the paying the fees for shipping the product/shipment to us. Please note the returned product should be in original package and in saleable condition. Product that has been used or installed cannot be returned.
